Buying a car at Fred Coupe during the CV pandemic

"Excellent service. We had to get another car quickly after a sudden breakdown, with repairs too costly. We weren't really sure how to go about it during this pandemic. But Fred Coupe created a personalised video of a suitable used car (Qashqai) and sent us all the necessary details. The actual showroom and experience of finalising the purchase was very reassuring with plenty of space, security screens and hand hygiene points. The Sales Manager fixed us up with a quality used car at a very good price. He was extremely helpful and patient. We were very impressed by the service and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Fred Coupe, Nissan garage At Walton-le-Dale have been absolutely brilliant. At a time with all the restrictions in force they have had my car in to diagnose the issue and found
it required a part which was quite expensive.
This morning they allowed my car in to have said part fitted. While I was there (self isolating in the garage) was told as a gesture of goodwill Nissan had agreed to pay for the part.
