The NV200 Combi light van is useful to large families or a wide range of businesses, allowing anyone from taxi firms to sports clubs to transport a large number of people in comfort and style.
Powered by a 1.5 litre diesel engine supplying either 90PS or 110PS, the NV200 boasts excellent torque at low speeds, meaning that carrying large numbers of people or cargo has little effect on its accomplished performance. The dCi unit also provides excellent fuel efficiency and low carbon emissions, recording a combined 56.5mpg and 131g/km*.
Depending on the chosen body configuration, the NV200 can seat five
or seven passengers – along with a large amount of storage space. With
the second row folded on the five-seat version, the trunk opens up an
impressive 3.1 cubic metres of cargo space. The seven-seat option gives a
generous 2.1 cubic metres with the third row folded, and to create even
more room storage space you can fold the second row seats to boost this
to 2.9 cubic metres.
Despite the huge amount of loadspace it offers for its occupants and their belongings, the NV200 also stands out amongst light commercial vehicles for its manageable nature and good ride quality. The compact body is only 4400mm long, 1700mm wide and 1900mm high (the latter figure means that the vehicle has no trouble going through the gates of car parks). The modest wheelbase, moreover, results in a remarkable turning circle of just 10.6 metres – particularly useful for manoeuvring in tight urban and suburban streets.
The NV200 is also well-equipped, with options such as cruise control and a speed limiter available for lengthier journeys. Buyers can also enjoy the sophisticated Nissan Connect satellite navigation system, as well as the convenience of iPod and Bluetooth® connectivity and a USB port. A rear-view parking camera is also available, improving the already good visibility offered by the raised seating position.
*Results given for the 90PS dCi diesel engine – 110PS variant returns 54.3mpg and 136g/km.
